If you’re considering booking an intuitive healing session in York, you might have a few questions about how it works, what you need if I visit your home, and what to expect.

Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about my mobile intuitive healing sessions in York.

Where do you travel for intuitive healing sessions?

I offer mobile intuitive healing in York and the immediate surrounding area.

If you’re within a twenty minute drive from the Designer Outlet in York I am very happy to come and visit you. I may also travel further afield, although a small additional charge may apply to cover travel time and fuel, depending on your location.

If you’re unsure whether you fall within my travel area, please get in touch before booking and I’ll happily confirm.

I also offer remote intuitive healing sessions if you’re outside the area or unable to attend in person.

Male Clients

For my own safety and comfort, if I am working with a new male client in a private residence, I require a female to be present in the house.

Can I receive intuitive healing remotely?

Yes. If you’re unable to attend in person, I offer the option of receiving your healing session remotely at the scheduled time.

Remote energy healing can be just as powerful and allows you to receive support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are.

This option is also available if something unexpected prevents you from attending your in-person session.

What space do I need for an intuitive healing session?

One of the benefits of at-home energy healing in York is that you don’t need much space.

All I require is:

A quiet space free from clutter and trip hazards
Enough room for either a reclining chair or a massage couch, and for me to be able to walk around the chair or couch.

For the most effective and relaxing experience, I recommend:

Privacy (no interruptions from others or pets)
A comfortable room temperature
A calm atmosphere

I encouage you to create a soothing environment to help you relax.

What happens after I book my intuitive healing session?

Pre-Session Consultation

Before your first session, I will email you a short consultation form. This helps me understand:

Your current wellbeing
Any relevant health considerations
Your intentions or goals for the session

I will also call you before our first appointment to go through everything and answer any questions you may have.

For follow-up sessions, I’ll send a message the day before to confirm, and we’ll briefly check in about the approach I will use before we begin.

Do I need to undress for intuitive healing?

I use the modalities of massage, reflexology and / or simple hand positions for my work. You will only need to undress down to underwear (bottoms only) if we agree that massage will be the most effective means of treatment for you that day. Reflexology is usually administered to bare feet, so if we agree on that then you'll just need to take your socks off.

Otherwise, I can treat you fully clothed, so I do advise wearing comfortable clothing if this is the case.

What if I have a medical condition?

Intuitive healing is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical care.

Some conditions may require us to adapt your session or postpone it for safety reasons. Your consultation form will highlight anything we need to discuss.

If it is not appropriate to proceed with your session, you will receive a full refund.

Please note:If you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of your appointment, I will not be able to proceed and no refund will be issued.

Parking & Access

If you are booking a home visit in York:

I will need to park close to your property
Please let me know in advance if there are access issues or stairs
Any parking permits or charges must be covered by the client

Smoking Households

Due to sensitivity to cigarette smoke, I am unable to work in households where smoking regularly takes place indoors.

Is intuitive healing confidential?

Yes.

Your details are stored securely for one year after your last session.

Your information is never shared
You may request a copy of your notes
You can opt out of occasional marketing emails at any time

During your session, you can expect:

Energy work tailored specifically to you which may include massage or reflexology
