Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and wherever possible, I am happy to reschedule appointments to a mutually convenient time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you are unable to attend your session in person, I offer the option of receiving your healing remotely at the scheduled appointment time. This allows you to still receive the session without losing your booking.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a full refund. This is in recognition of the time reserved specifically for you and the likelihood that the appointment cannot be filled at short notice.

Where possible, I will aim to transfer your payment to a future appointment rather than issue a refund.

Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged in full.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
