Service Description

Reflexology is done mainly via the feet, working with natural waxes and lotion to apply gentle pressures and massage techniques which stimulate the entire body. So you need to wear comfortable clothes and I will need to have easy access to your feet! I have a padded reclining zero-gravity chair which is adjusted so your feet are higher than your heart which I use for reflexology treatments. We'll have a check in before the appointment so I know what equipment to bring and how to prepare, so all you need to do is set up your space with your favourite lighting, scents and anything else that you feel you need to support you. You can split this block of time between people if you wish, just select the number of people from the 'add on' option below.
