Intuitive Healing is...
...a holistic approach that combines modalities such as massage or reflexology with the practitioner’s natural sensitivity to what the body and energy system need.
Rather than following a fixed routine, the practitioner tunes in - through touch, observation, and inner guidance - to sense where tension, imbalance, or emotional holding may be present, and responds with the most supportive techniques in the moment.
It’s a way of listening to the body’s subtle language and helping it release, reset, and return to balance, creating a deeply calming and nurturing experience that feels personal, precise, and profoundly restorative.

If you are within a 30 minute drive from York city centre and would prefer a home visit I'm happy to come out to you.
If you are not local to York don't worry! I offer intuitive healing appointments either online or remotely.

On Saturdays I hold space in Nether Poppleton. A dedicated sanctuary for deep healing to take place.

Zoe's open, friendly and professional nature puts you straight at ease and it was back down to that wonderful healing/relaxing massage and lovely chatting.... like I'd never been away.
Three hours later and I'm still all floaty and utterly relaxed.
